Two miles east of Neosho on Bus. Hwy 60, turn north onto the blacktop road marked with an MDC sign to Shoal Creek.

Bicentennial Conservation Area
In Neosho at the junction of Business 71 and Hwy 59/60 go east on 59/60 to Oak Ridge Extension. Turn south and go to Burr Crossing Road. Go east on Burr Crossing Road to Landis Road. Continue east on Landis Road to Doniphan Drive. Go south on Doniphan to parking lots.
